Hillary

I’m very concerned about the possibilities of Hillary as a presidential candidate for 2008. She seems to have the traits of a divisive candidate. There are lots of people who really like her, but there seem to be just as many really don’t think much of her. In her favor, she has potential to get out much of the female vote, but that vote has typically gone in the favor of democrats, although this cap was narrowed to 1-2 percent in the Kerry-Bush election.

However, this past election has shed some light onto the general level of bigotry in America, and I for one can envision the same constituency of regressive voters coming out and vote against Hillary, saying “I sure as hell ain’t gonna have no woman president in my life **swig from the whiskey jar**” all the way to the polls.

However, Bill might make a decent first man. He may even be able to get some first man interns, and I to best of my knowledge a first man can’t be impeached.
